Looking for a lower impact fitness class? You might also be interested in taking your workout to the pool. We offer a variety of aqua fitness classes to meet a variety of fitness levels.
The Castle Rock Community Recreation Center will be closed Aug. 12-16 for its annual week of maintenance. During the closure, Recreation Center pass and punch card holders can use their cards for the MAC at Philip S. Miller Park or at Butterfield Crossing Pool for lap swimming.

- 9 a.m. - Functional Fitness at the MAC
- 6:30 a.m. - Functional Fitness at the MAC
- 8:45 a.m. - HIIT at the Amphitheater
- 8 a.m. - Fitness Friday at the Amphitheater
- 9:30 a.m. - Dance and Sculpt at the Amphitheater
Free Summer Fitness Series
Come and enjoy the great outdoors right here in Castle Rock with the Fitness Division’s Free Summer Fitness Series at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park. Challenge yourself by trying out a new and fun fitness format during Fitness Fridays. June through August each week a new exercise format is highlighted. You can even relax and unwind with Yoga in the Park each Sunday morning. Classes are open to all fitness levels and the entire family is welcome!
Specialty Fitness Classes
The Town offers a variety of unique a specific fitness classes for a wide rage of interests. These classes are offered at both the Recreation Center and Miller Activity Complex and will really get you sweating.
Specialty fitness classes are not included in passes or daily admission at either facility. Class listings are also updated three times a year. More information on current class offerings is available.
