Group Fitness Classes


The Castle Rock Recreation Center offers more than 100 group fitness classes each week to help you reach your goals. Classes are free with a pass or daily admission.

Fee-based Classes


We offer a range of unique and specific fitness classes for a wide range of interests. These classes are offered at both the Recreation Center and Miller Activity Complex and will really get you sweating.

Fee-based fitness classes are not included in passes or daily admission at either facility. Please visit our current class listings which change seasonally.

Free Summer Fitness Series

Come and enjoy the great outdoors right here in Castle Rock with the Fitness Division’s Free Summer Fitness Series at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park. Challenge yourself by trying out a new and fun fitness format during Fitness Fridays. June through August each week a new exercise format is highlighted.  You can even relax and unwind with Yoga in the Park each Sunday morning.  Classes are open to all fitness levels and the entire family is welcome!
