Camps and Clinics

The Miller Activity Complex offers a full array of indoor sports programs for all ages. Different camps and clinics are offered year-round for kids from 15 months to 18 years old.

Rock Rec: Athletic Camps

These camps are designed for boys and girls ages 5-15 and will provide campers with an opportunity to learn a different sport each week. This camp is great for both kids who are interested in a full week of activities in one specific sport and kids who are looking to learn a new sport.

Sports include basketball, volleyball, soccer and flag football. Shin guards and field / court footwear is recommended. Two types of athletic camps are offered:

  • Full day - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Half day - 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Skyhawks Camps

Skyhawks provides a safe, fun and non-competitive environment to teach sports to kids ages 4 to 14. The programs are designed to give kid a positive introduction into sports and ensure they walk away with a smile on their face. The knowledgeable and patient staff uses a variety of games and activities to give each athlete an overview of the sport, while building valuable skills.

Since 1979, Skyhawks has taught more than 2 million boys and girls life skills such as teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. Visit the Skyhawks website for more information or view the Summer Camp flyer.

Gear to bring

Appropriate clothing, gym shoes and sunscreen of the program is outside. For programs over four hours, please bring a lunch, snack and water bottle. For programs four hours or less, please bring two snacks and a water bottle.

A T-shirt, sport-specific item and merit award are included in purchase.
