The Town of Castle Rock has twelve boards and commissions, each with specific responsibilities. Boards and commissions are to study information in specific areas and to make recommendations to the Town Council on issues within that board's area of expertise.
All Town boards and commissions are appointed by the Town Council annually. Each year, residents are encouraged to apply to serve on any commission in which they have an interest. Applications are reviewed and selections made by the Council in May. All commission meetings are open to the public.
