A Resolution Approving the Plum Creek Commercial Filing No. 1, Lot 1A-1 and Finding it in Compliance with Chapter 17.59 Residential/Non-Residential Interface Regulations

Town Council: Tuesday, February 28, 2012 ~ 6:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that application has been made for a final planned development site plan amendment for Plum Creek Commercial Filing No. 1, Lot 1A-1. The property is located at the southeast corner of Plum Creek Parkway and Plum Creek Boulevard. The proposed development lies on approximately six acres. The proposed final planned development site plan amendment eliminates the multi-family use currently approved for the property and proposes construction of a 20,000 square foot, one-story church building on the site. The adjacency to residential zoning makes this project subject to the residential/non-residential interface regulations. A public hearing into said application will be held before the Town Council on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, at 6 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers located at 100 N. Wilcox St., second floor. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.

Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox St., Castle Rock, CO  80104 during regular business hours.
