Wild in our Town wildlife education presentation

Wednesday, May 2

What attracts coyotes to your neighborhood? How big is a bobcat? Are there rattlesnakes here? What to do if you see a black bear ... and lots more! Natural resource staff and law enforcement representatives from the Town of Castle Rock, Douglas County Open Space and Colorado Parks and Wildlife will be available to provide interesting wildlife facts and answer questions about coyotes, bears, mountain lions, bobcats, rattlesnakes, beavers and other native wildlife. Tips will include how to avoid human-coyote conflicts and how to watch wildlife in a responsible manner. Real wildlife displays will be on-hand to see and touch!
