Notice is hereby given that application has been made for a use by special review by Kids Town Drop-In Day Care. The property is located at 951 and 957 Park St. and within the Village Shopping Center. The application proposes to allow a drop-in child day care facility.  The property is zoned General Business (B-2) and permits child day care centers with approval of a use by special review. Kids Town has operated a facility in Castle Rock at 1043 N. Park St. for 10 years. Public hearings into said application will be held before the Planning Commission at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 and before the Town Council at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012. Both hearings will be held at Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox St., Castle Rock, CO 80104, in the second floor Council Chambers. Times are approximate. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.

Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox St., Castle Rock, CO 80104, during regular business hours.
