Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan (façade improvements) for Lot 2, Phelps Subdivision, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (also known as 2 Phelps Street, Castle Rock, Colorado). The application proposes façade improvements for a new church to occupy the existing structure. A public hearing on said application will be held before the Design Review Board on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at 6 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox St., Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Town Hall, Development Services Department, located at 100 N. Wilcox St., Castle Rock, Colorado, during regular business hours.
