Notice is hereby given that SLV Castle Oaks, LLC has requested approval of a Use by Special Review/Site Development Plan for the property known as Sunstone Village, Terrain Planning Areas (PA) 49 and 50. The 44.87 acre property is located south and east of the intersection of East State Highway 86 and North Ridge Road.
The plan proposes to construct 120 single-family attached residences with associated infrastructure. PA 49 and 50 are zoned Multi-family/Integrated Business (MF/IB) within the Terrain Planned Development Plan. The Terrain Planned Development Plan allows single family attached dwelling units as a use by special review within the MF/IB use area. The project will take access from Highway 86 only.
Public hearings into said application will be held before the Town of Castle Rock Planning Commission on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 6 p.m.. and before the Town Council on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 6 p.m. Both hearings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox Street, second floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104 during regular business hours.
