Twin Star Energy is planning to submit a Site Development Plan application to the Town of Castle Rock to request approval of a convenience store with a fueling facility and car wash, and a space for a future tenant (that is yet to be determined). The subject property is located in the southeast quadrant of the Plum Creek / Lake Gulch Road intersection. The parcel is located within the Young American Planned Unit Development (PUD) and is zoned for Commercial uses. The PUD zoning was approved on August 30, 1983. See Conceptual Site Plan.
