Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan for Most of Outlot A, Castle Oaks Filing No. 1, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (also known as Caliber at Terrain, 1472 Castle Oaks Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado). The site development plan proposes a new multifamily residential community on the approximately 26-acre site.

The applicant held the first neighborhood meeting on April 24, 2019, a second neighborhood meeting on September 25, 2019, and a third neighborhood meeting on May 7, 2020. The Town’s Planning Commission reviewed the site development plan proposal on May 14, 2020. Public comments are encouraged. Please see the bulleted options later in this notice for ways to provide public comments. The proposed multifamily project would encompass 17 residential buildings and one clubhouse, for a total of 238 new residential units. As part of the project, Aloha Drive would be extended east from its current stub to connect with Valley View Drive at the existing roundabout.

Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Town Council on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at 5 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the virtual public hearing, please use one of the options below:
