Town Council In-Person and Virtual Meeting: Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan for Lot 6, Founders Marketplace Filing No. 1 Amendment No. 2, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (Medical Offices at Founders Marketplace). The site development plan proposes a 5-tenant class A medical office building on an approximately 1.6 acre site, located in the northeast quadrant of Founders Parkway & State Highway 86.
The first neighborhood meeting on said application was excused due to the outbreak of the COVID- 19 pandemic, the second neighborhood meeting was held virtually on June 10, 2020. The third neighborhood meeting will be held virtually on Aug. 6, 2020.
Town Council Public Hearing
All interested parties are invited to participate in the Town Council public hearing. Public comments are encouraged.
In-Person - Town Council will hold an in-person public hearing on said application on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020 at 6 p.m. at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – second floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic masks and social distancing will be required.
Virtual - As an alternative to attending the in-person public hearing, pursuant to Resolutions 2020- 044 and 2020-0045, you may participate virtually in the Town Council public hearing. If you would like to participate virtually in the public hearing, please use any of the following options:
• To attend the Town Council public hearing by computer or by phone, please follow the instructions contained in the Aug. 18, 2020 Town Council public hearing agenda. The agenda can be found by clicking “View current agenda” at http://crgov.com/2841/Council- Agendas. The agenda for the Aug. 18, 2020 Town Council public hearing will be posted no later than the close of business Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020.
• To submit public comments by mail, please mail comments to Town Council Public Comment, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104.
