Virtual Board of Adjustment Meeting: Dec. 3, 2020 at 6 pm
Notice is hereby given that Marilyn Biggers, submitted an application to the Town of Castle Rock for a public hearing with the Board of Adjustment to request a Variance from the minimum required front and rear yard setback in the R-2 zone to construct a garage addition in the yard of the single family property.
Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Board of Adjustment on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, at 6 pm. Due to the Governor’s safer-at-home order, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the virtual public hearing, please see one of the options below:
