Virtual and In-Person Design Review Board: Wednesday May 25, 2022, 6:00 P.M.

 

Dear Neighbor,

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Riverwalk II, LLC for a proposed downtown site development plan at 221 N. Wilcox St. The proposed project consists of a five story mixed-use building that will include 28 residential units and 20,682 square feet of commercial/office space. The project site is 0.37 acres (16,117 square feet) in size and is located at the southwest corner of N. Wilcox and Third Streets. Previous neighborhood meetings have been held on March 22, 2021 and July 26, 2021.

A third neighborhood meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. May 23, 2022. All interested persons are invited to attend the neighborhood meeting.

A public hearing into said application will be held before the Design Review Board at 6 p.m. May 25, 2022 (Time is approximate). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.

The Design Review Board will hold an in-person public hearing on said application at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25 at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.
