Feb. 6: Colorado's COVID-19 Dial 2.0 goes into effect

The State's new COVID-19 Dial 2.0 took effect Feb. 6. According to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Dial 2.0 is designed so that counties can swiftly move into more restrictive levels when their COVID-19 numbers go up, and more quickly into recovery when their numbers go down. As of Feb. 6, Douglas County is Level Yellow on the new dial.

More information about the State's COVID-19 Dial 2.0, and metrics for the dial, are available in CDPHE's Feb. 5 news release and by visiting covid19.colorado.gov.
