Ballots must be physically received by the Douglas County Election office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 2nd to be counted. Please allow up to nine days for ballots returned by mail and remember to affix adequate postage.
Mail ballots postmarked November 2 and delivered after this date WILL NOT BE COUNTED.
You may also drop your ballot off at an election drop box, however, ballots must be inside a ballot box or a voter must be in line to place a ballot inside a ballot box no later than the close of polls at 7 p.m. on Election Day, November 2nd.
