Contact the Douglas County Elections Office at 303-660-7444 or visit election headquarters at 125 Stephanie Place in Castle Rock, weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

Citizens may also visit a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC) in Castle Rock at the CSU Extension Office location, 410 Fairgrounds Road, Castle Rock.  Early voting hours begin October 28 through November 4, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Saturday hours of operation on November 2 will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Election day, Tuesday, November 5, 2019 hours of operation will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  VSPC services include the following:

  • Register to vote
  • Update voter registration
  • Replace a ballot
  • Vote in person
  • Drop off a voted ballot
  • Use an ADA accessible voting machine
