Any outside organization wishing to post a message on the sign must be nonprofit, and the event must be open to the public and held within the Town of Castle Rock.

Message requests must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to the desired posting date.

The Town will submit messages to the Outlets at Castle Rock's marketing director one week prior to the desired posting date, per the Town's agreement with Craig Realty Group. That agreement does not guarantee the right to display any submitted images, which always are provided on an "as-available" basis, subordinate to the needs of the Outlets.
