The Athletics Division offers a full array of programs at the Recreation Center and at Castle Rock parks and fields. Programs include youth and adult leagues in a multitude of sports.

Sports for youth include inline hockey, volleyball, softball, basketball, baseball (coach-pitch and kid-pitch); T-ball, tennis, soccer and flag football. Sports for adults include fastball, coed and men's softball, coed volleyball, men's basketball and flag football.
