Tri the Rock is designed for and open to kids ages 5 to 14 years. Come for a great day of fun, food, prizes and sport. You are welcome to experience Tri the Rock, whether this is your first race, or if you have competed in races all your life. There will be prizes, goodies bags, food and T-shirts for everyone who participates. We encourage all kids to Tri the Rock on May 23. 

*Race fees
$35 per person prior to May 17
$45 per person from May 17 - May 22
Race day registrations will not be accepted

*All racers must be USA Triathlon members. If you are not a member, you can purchase a youth membership for $5. USAT memberships are valid for one year from the date issued.

Start times
Race starts at 8 a.m.; bike racks open at 6:30 a.m.
