Pre-race check-in
Saturday, May 18 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Castle Rock Recreation Center (2301 Woodlands Blvd. Castle Rock 80104)

USAT You DO NOT need a USAT number to participate in Tri the Rock. Age Divisions: Tri the Rock now competes based on age as of RACE DAY. This is different from prior years. Be sure to register accordingly. It's waiting for you. All you have to do is try... Tri the Rock is designed for and open to kids ages 5 to 14. Come for a great day of fun, food, prizes and sport. You are welcome to experience Tri the Rock, whether this is your first race, or if you have competed in races all your life.
