Bike Unit
The Bike Patrol is operational during the months of May through September. It focuses on being a visible deterrent to crime and an approachable source of assistance and information within the Downtown area, at the outlet mall and on parks and trails within our community.

Bike Patrol officers are encouraged to work closely with business owners and residents to help develop solutions to law enforcement-related problems.

The flexibility, approachability and problem-solving interaction of the Bike Patrol is consistent with the Castle Rock Police Department's focus on community policing.
