Preserving our history
This program is designed to provide up to $1,000 of design assistance
to historic properties to give downtown Castle Rock property owners architectural assistance for designing projects in accordance with
Castle Rock design guidelines.

Acceptable projects
The program will pay for architectural assistance on facade design for building expansion or new construction within the Downtown Area of Historic Significance. The assistance also includes design help with building signage and restoration activities.

Projects include, but are not limited to, facade reconstruction, building additions or new development.
