Parents looking to keep their kids busy during the school break should look no further. The Town offers a wide variety of camps for all ages. There are flexible schedules for parents and engaging activities for preschool and school-age children. There is a great camp waiting to captivate every kid!
Full-day camps run during school breaks including spring, summer, fall and winter. Before and after care is available for $5 an hour before and after scheduled camp drop off and pick up.

Athletic Rock Rec / CSU Camp
Our Athletics Camps are designed for youth ages 7-12 and will provide each athlete an opportunity to learn different sports each week. It is engineered to appeal to athletes who are interested in a full week of sports and / or learning a new sport. Athletes will participate in small and large group instruction, drills, games, and/or scrimmages. Sports include baseball, basketball, flag football, lacrosse, soccer, softball and volleyball. Campers will then transition over to Rock Rec / CSU RAM Combo Camp in the afternoon and participate in activities and field trips including swimming, hiking, Boondocks, miniature golf, museums, zoo and much more.
A typical morning at camp:
8:30 - 9 a.m. - Campers arrive
9 - 9:30 a.m. - Warm up/stretching
9:30 - 10:30 a.m. - Lessons, small group instruction, drills
10:30 a.m. - noon - Small sided games and/or scrimmaging
noon - 12:30 p.m. - Lunch and campers in full day transition into Rock Rec/CSU RAM Combo Camp
Camp full day programming runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Rock Rec / CSU RAM Combo. Camp pickup will always be at Tykes Toy Land in Community Recreation Center.
Join the Jedi ranks and become a hero! Participants train their mind and body to become the greatest hero’s of all time to save the universe from evil Sith warriors! Jedi trainees will wield light sabers in theatrical fighting, participate in strength and agility training, learn Jedi lore and history and put together a massive battle.

Inspire to Learn & Imagine Camps
Creative Builder & Maker Camp - Summer
Prepare for fun and wonder at this cool Creative Builder and Maker Camp. Each day Campers will step into a different era to learn and build various objects or animals, from dinosaurs and mummies, to knights and Indians, to cars and planes. Campers will build with LEGO® Bricks, make cool crafts and experiments, experience the past and plan for the future! Don’t miss this one of a kind, engaging and educational camp!

Rock Rec Camp - Full day
Rock Rec’s state-licensed day camp is open when school is closed, so kids won’t have to spend their days off stuck at home. It is all about fun when school is out! Campers will be kept busy with structured activities such as games, sports, crafts, swimming, field trips and more.

CSU R.A.M. FunLife Camp
FunLIFE camps are designed for boys and girls ages 5-15. LIFE stands for Learning to Improve Fitness and Eating. While participating in a variety of sport and physical activities, as well as creative classroom activities, campers can enjoy learning about nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyles. Noncompetitive activities include field and team games, yoga, hiking, swimming, and other outdoor lifelong pursuits.
Time: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
This camp alternates with the CSU RAM Music & Movement Camp each week.
CSU R.A.M. Multi-Sports Camp - Summer
CSU RAM Multi-Sports camps are designed for boys and girls ages 5-15 and will give campers a brief taste of several different sports. This camp is great for athletes who are interested in a specific sport or an athlete who wants to learn a new sport. Activities may include lacrosse, ultimate Frisbee, flag football, field hockey, cricket, and others. Campers will experience a different sport each day. Shin guards and field footwear are recommended.

CSU R.A.M. Music & Movement Camp
CSU RAM Music & Movement camps are designed for boys and girls ages 5-15. Jump start the day with martial arts, dance, kick boxing, aerobic games, group sing-alongs, and tumbling. This non-contact camp has activities that involve the learning and development of rhythmic skills to provide our campers with all the tools to discover healthy active lifestyles.
Time: 9 a.m.-4 p.m
This camp alternates with our CSU RAM FunLIFE Camp each week.
CSU R.A.M. Outdoor Adventure Camp
CSU RAM Outdoor Adventure camps are designed for our older campers ages 10-15 to help them experience some of what Colorado has to offer in outdoor activities. Depending on weather, anticipated activities include bicycling, hiking, geocaching, exploring, and other outdoor pursuits. Campers must provide own bicycle and safety equipment; appropriate footwear and clothing.
Each week includes a half day on the Castle Rock Zip lines, EPIC Adventure Tour, and the EPIC Sky Trek.
