Virtual Classes

At times like this, it’s never been more important to get up andAt home work out get moving. Living rooms are becoming fitness studios, slippers are the new sneakers, and small children have been turned into weights. With that in mind, Castle Rock Parks and Recreation is offering new virtual fitness classes, via  Zoom, to help you stay active from the comfort of your home. 

Joining a virtual fitness class

New to Zoom? No problem, we can walk you through the steps. Just go to Zoom.us/join and enter the Meeting ID listed in the class schedule, or simply  click on the name of the class which will link you directly. Then, select "open Zoom," which will take you to the virtual class. You’ll be able to participate in a group-like setting just like a normal group fitness class. No registration or account needed – just add your name when prompted! 

Please keep in mind, you’ll be able to select whether to join with or without without video. The default settings are automatically set to have your audio/video automatically turned off.
