Notice is hereby given that Jennah and Jay Kearney have requested a Use by Special Review for an accessory dwelling unit & garage, located at 118 North Cantril Street. The accessory dwelling unit will occupy the back half of the lot.
A public hearing into said application will be held before the Planning Commission on
September 12, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. and at Town Council on October 1, 2019 at 6:00 P.M (Times are approximate). The hearing will be held at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 2nd floor Council Chambers, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.
