Crystal Valley Ranch Filing No. 18, Site Development Plan
Notice is hereby given that Crystal Valley Ranch Development Company, LLC has made application for a Site Development Plan for Crystal Valley Ranch Filing No. 18, located on the southeast corner of Crystal Valley Parkway and West Loop Road. The property is situated in the south half of Section 24, Township 8 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado.
The proposed development lies on approximately 25 acres. The application proposes development of an age-restricted neighborhood of 90 single-family detached homes. The development also includes a small neighborhood park with pickleball courts, a shade structure and picnic area. Approximately 11 acres of the site is designated as private open space.
Public hearings into said application will be held before the Planning Commission, Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019 and before the Town Council, Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019. Both hearings begin at 6 p.m. at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Council Chambers, second floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and offer public testimony.
Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104 during regular business hours.
