Notice is hereby given that John D Gross and Deborah L Swiecinski submitted an application to the Town of Castle Rock for a public hearing with the Board of Adjustment to request a Variance from the minimum required rear yard setback in the PD (Planned Development) zone to construct a deck in the rear yard of the single family property.  

The subject property is addressed as 702 Stafford Circle, Zoned PD, and is also described as Lot 2 Block 6 Plum Creek Fairway 11.

Public Hearing Instructions


The public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the in the Town Council Chambers at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N Wilcox Street, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, Colorado  80104. Public hearing times are approximate.  All interested parties are invited to attend. 


As an alternative to attending the in-person public hearing, you may attend virtually. Please use any of the following options below to attend virtually.
