Virtual and In-Person Town Council Meeting: Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022, 6:00 P.M.

 

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to demolish the building addressed as 414 N. Perry St. The applicants/owners would like to demolish the existing building, part of which was built around 1930, to accommodate future development on the property. The property is on the northeast corner of Perry Street and 4th Street. The subject building is located adjacent of the ice rink pavilion to the north.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the Town Council public hearing.   Public comments are encouraged.

Town Council will hold an in-person public hearing on said application at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022 at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.

As an alternative to attending the in-person public hearing, you may virtually participate in the Town Council public hearing.  Please use any of the following options below to join virtually.
