Virtual Neighborhood Meeting: Thursday, November 3, 2022, 6:00 P.M.

Virtual and In-Person Design Review Board: Wednesday November 9, 2022, 6:00 P.M.

 

Dear Neighbor,

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Perry Street Collective, LLC for a proposed downtown site development plan at 404 N. Perry St. The proposed project would convert a portion of a downtown block into a mini “entertainment district”, which would include a craft beer taproom, multiple food concepts, and a common covered area pavilion. The project site is 0.399 acres (17,380 square feet) in size and is located at the north east corner of N. Perry and Fourth Streets. Previous neighborhood meetings have been held on May 17, 2021 and June 2, 2022.

A third neighborhood meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. November 3, 2022. All interested persons are invited to attend the neighborhood meeting.

A public hearing into said application will be held before the Design Review Board at 6 p.m. November 9, 2022 (Time is approximate). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.

The Design Review Board will hold an in-person public hearing on said application at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.

As an alternative to attending the in-person public hearing, you may attend virtually. Please use any of the following options below to attend virtually. 

  • To attend the virtual Design Review Board public hearing by computer or phone, please follow the instructions in the Nov. 9 Design Review Board Agenda.
