Dear Neighbor,
You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding a Use by Special Review – Accessory Dwelling Unit at 544 Senter Dr. The neighborhood meeting for this proposed project will take place at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2022. You may participate in this meeting virtually via a WebEx webinar. This represents the second neighborhood meeting for this project. The first neighborhood was held on Aug. 31, 2022.
Proposal
To build a detached, two-story, 1,112 square foot structure that will include a garage and accessory dwelling unit. Detached accessory dwelling units require approval from Town Council, through the Use by Special Review process. Public hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Council will be required. A vicinity map, site plan, and architectural elevations have been included with this notice.
