Virtual and In-Person Board of Adjustment, March 2, 2023, 6:00 P.M. 


Notice is hereby given that  Jason & Kelly Deyoe, submitted an application to the Town of Castle Rock for a public hearing with the Board of Adjustment to request a Variance from the minimum required rear yard setback in the PD zone to construct a deck in the rear yard of the single family property.  


The subject property is addressed as 3886 Castle Vista Drive, Zoned PD, and is also described as Lot 6 Block 6, Oaks Of Castle Rock  3rd Flg.

Public Hearing Instructions


The public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the in the Town Council Chambers at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N Wilcox Street, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, Colorado  80104. Public hearing times are approximate.  All interested parties are invited to attend. 


As an alternative to attending the in-person public hearing, you may attend virtually. Please use any of the following options below to attend virtually. 

  • To attend the virtual Board of Adjustment public hearing by computer or phone, please follow the instructions in the March 2, 2023 Board of Adjustment Agenda. The agenda can be accessed by clicking “View current agenda packet” at
