Virtual Neighborhood Meeting: 6:00 pm Tuesday, March 14, 2023


You are invited to attend the second neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed downtown site development plan at 310 S. Wilcox St. This is a virtual meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal and answer any questions you might have.

Project Description

A new 3,700 sq. ft. convenience store building to replace the existing 1,838 sq. ft. building. No changes are proposed for the existing fueling station, which is to remain open during construction of the new convenience store building. 

View the proposed plans online at www.crgov.com/DevelopmentAcivityMap and search “Downtown Circle K Redevelopment”.  A public hearing before the Design Review Board has been scheduled for March 22, 2023. More information can be found on our Public Notices calendar should you like to attend.

  • Following will be an opportunity for questions and answers. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
  • If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the participants listed below 
  • Questions or comments can also be submitted throughout the review process
  • Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentations and once public comment period has been opened. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
