Public Hearing – 310 S. Wilcox St., Circle K – Proposed Downtown Site Development Plan

Design Review Board Meeting: 6 PM Wednesday March 22, 2023 

You are invited to attend a Design Review Board meeting to discuss a proposed downtown site development plan. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the Design Review Board to review and decide on the application.

Project Description

A new 3,700 sq. ft. convenience store building to replace the existing 1,838 sq. ft. building. No changes are proposed for the existing fueling station, which is to remain open during construction of the new convenience store building.

The agenda for the March 22 Design Review Board public hearing will be posted no later than close of business March 16. When it is time for this item to be heard at the public hearing, staff will give a presentation on the proposed project. The applicant also has the option to give a presentation on the proposed project. 

• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentations and once public comment period has been opened. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
