Hybrid Neighborhood Meeting: Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 6 pm

You are invited to attend the second neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Site Development Plan for T-Mobile at Bison Park. This is a hybrid (virtual and in person) meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have. 

Project Description:

The applicant is proposing construction of a public bathroom core and shell with a cupola to house wireless equipment located in Bison Park between Clear Sky Way and Starry Night Loop. The Site Development Plan will require public hearings before the Planning Commission for review and recommendation and Town Council for review and final decision. A vicinity map, site plan and architectural elevations have been included with this notice.

General Neighborhood Meeting Information:

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
• Following the presentation there will be an opportunity for questions and answers. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
• Questions or comments can also be submitted throughout the review process.
