Yoga means "union" and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness. Please join us for these free classes at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park on Sunday mornings or Festival Park on Monday evenings to find a deeper meaning to your yoga workout.

Led by the Town's Parks and Recreation Department, each week a different format is featured including Yoga Foundations, Hatha, Flow to Yin, Elemental, Yin Yoga. Go to CRgov.com/SummerFitness to view the complete weekly schedule.
