You are invited to attend the second neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Site Development Plan. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

T-Mobile is proposing a building addition to the existing pool locker room at Butterfield Crossing Park with a cupola that will house wireless antenna equipment. The addition will match the existing architecture. The proposed wireless facility will enhance coverage for T-Mobile customers and provide high quality phone and internet services.

General neighborhood meeting information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project.
• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so.
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate.
• If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below.
• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process.
