You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Site Development Plan. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

A proposed new, single-story, freestanding Primary Care facility approximately 10,500 square-feet in size. The neighborhood healthcare facility will be operated by Centura Health and provide day-to-day primary care. 

This application will require a public hearing before Planning Commission and Town Council. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.

General neighborhood meeting information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project.
• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so.
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate.
• If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below.
• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process.
