Hybrid Meeting - 6:00 PM, Tuesday, June 13, 2023 

You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Use by Special Review. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

Applicant proposes construction of a new wireless communication facility located at Fire Station #152 in Crystal Valley. 

This application will require a public hearing before the Planning Commission and Town Council.  These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.

General neighborhood meeting information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project.
• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so.
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate.
• If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below.
• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process.
