Hybrid meeting
You are invited to attend the second neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed site development plan. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description
A commercial development is proposed at the southwest corner of Crystal Valley Parkway and Plum Creek Boulevard. The site plan proposes two commercial buildings on the 5-acre site. Uses will include retail and quick-serve food service. The site plan is subject to the Residential/Non-Residential Interface regulations.

This application will require a public hearing before the Planning Commission and Town Council. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.
General neighborhood meeting information
- The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
- Opportunities for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
- All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate
- If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below
- Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process
