You are invited to attend a Historic Preservation Board meeting to discuss a proposed Landmark Alteration Certificate review. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the Historic Preservation Board to review and decide on the application.

Proposal description

A proposed mural on the west side of the Keystone Hotel located at 217 Fourth St./403 Wilcox St. (Castle Café).

The agenda for the October 4th Historic Preservation public hearing will be posted no later than close of business September 28th. When it is time for this item to be heard at the public hearing, staff will give a presentation on the proposed project. The applicant also has the option to give a presentation on the proposed project. 

  • Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentations and once public comment period has been opened. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
