Project description
The proposed Alexander Way project includes annexation of 73.76 acres and the zoning of 77.96 acres located north of Alexander Place and east of Brewer Court. The property is east of the Silver Heights neighborhood and west of the Diamond Ridge Estates neighborhood. The proposed development plan for the project calls for a density of one dwelling unit per acre consistent with the adjacent communities. Over 40% of the site is proposed as open space including a pocket park/orchard and trail head. There are a total of 55 single family detached lots ranging from one-half acre to nearly one acre in size. Additionally, 22 live/work units are proposed in the southwest corner of the site with access to Brewer Court. The plan proposes a loop street with cul-de-sacs to provide access to the homes. Infrastructure to serve the homesites is adjacent to the site and provides for a logical extension of Town services without major impacts to the existing infrastructure systems. The neighborhood will be adhering to water conservation measures in accordance with Town regulations.
