Neighborhood Meeting – T-Mobile at Butterfield Park – Proposed Use by Special Review Site Development Plan

You are invited to attend the second neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Use by Special Review. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share the plans that will be presented to Planning Commission and Town Council and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

T-Mobile is proposing a building addition to the existing pool locker room at Butterfield Crossing Park with a cupola that will house wireless antenna equipment. The addition will match the existing architecture. The proposed wireless facility will enhance coverage for T-Mobile customers and provide high quality phone and Internet services.

General neighborhood meeting information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate
• If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below
• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process
