Neighborhood Meeting – YardHomes Ridge View – Proposed Annexation and Planned Development Zoning

Hybrid meeting (virtual and in-person)


You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Annexation and Planned Development Zoning of the property located on the northwest corner of Plum Creek Parkway and Ridge Road.  This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share the preliminary development plan and to answer any questions you might have.

Project description

The property proposed for annexation is approximately 32 acres and currently undeveloped.  The proposed zoning would allow 165, one-story, multi-family homes and a private clubhouse with a pool, fitness center and outdoor grilling area. Limited neighborhood retail is proposed on approximately one half acre and the remaining 15.7 acres, (50% of the site) is planned for public open space. 

The application requires public hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Council.  The public hearing dates have not yet been determined. 

The conceptual Planned Development Plan is attached, as is the vicinity map.


General neighborhood meeting information

  • The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
  • Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
  • All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate
  • If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below
  • Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process
