[ARCHIVED] Don’t miss your chance to “escape” in Castle Rock at Yacht Rock Revue Sept. 12

Yacht Rock Revue Sept. 12

Find “the power of love” when the smoooooth sounds of the 1970s and 1980s make their way to the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park. Yacht Rock Revue takes the stage Saturday, Sept. 12. Tickets are on sale now.

As the final concert in the limited 2020 Summer Concert Series, Yacht Rock Revue will have you feeling nostalgic and ready to dance “all night long” to some of your favorite soft-rock hits by The Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, Toto and more.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a few changes this year to accommodate health guidelines and social distancing requirements. Tickets are limited, and attendees are asked to wear face coverings during the check in process and while walking around the event. Get “hooked on a feeling” and head to CRgov.com/PSMConcerts for tickets. Prices range from $20 to $30 for box, orchestra or general lawn seating.

Gates open at 6:30 p.m. Yacht Rock Revue will take the stage around 7:30 p.m. Please note, there will not be an opener for this show. Enjoy food trucks, a full cocktail bar and music that is sure to have you reminiscing about time spent with Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain. Bring a low-profile chair or blanket and get ready for a true “heart to heart” evening in Castle Rock.

The Summer Concert Series is part of the Town’s goal to keep our community character alive with community festivals, concerts and activities. Nestled in the beautiful setting of Philip S. Miller Park, the Amphitheater has become one of Colorado’s most-sought-after live music venues. The intimate setting, family friendly environment and amazing acoustics make for a great musical experience.
