The summer concert season is finally here, and we’re ready to “Turn It Upside Down” in Castle Rock. Don’t miss the Spin Doctors with special guest The Burroughs Saturday, June 11, at The Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park. Tickets are on sale now.
The Spin Doctors’ debut album “Pocket Full of Kryptonite” was released in August 1991. Known for playing extensive live shows, the band has shared the stage with fellow jam bands Widespread Panic, Blues Traveler and Phish. With hits like “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong” and “Two Princes,” it was the Spin Doctor’s capacity to reinvent themselves that confirmed their status as a great American band.

Gates open at 6 p.m. The Burroughs will open the show at 7 p.m. Spin Doctors will take the stage around 8:30 p.m.
Steeped in classic soul standards and outfitted with modern flair, The Burroughs are a nine-piece band with a powerhouse sound that electrifies audiences across Colorado and beyond. Since 2013, the band has lit up stages with their trademark brand of “Sweaty Soul Music,” quickly earning them a place as one of the best live bands in the region.
Bring a low-profile chair or blanket for general lawn and orchestra seating. Food trucks and a full cocktail bar will be available.
The Summer Concert Series is part of the Town’s goal to keep our community character alive with community festivals, concerts and activities. The concert series brings Grammy-nominated, world famous acts to Castle Rock on select weekends June through August. Nestled in the beautiful setting of Philip S. Miller Park, The Amphitheater has become one of Colorado’s most-sought-after live music venues. The intimate setting, family friendly environment and amazing acoustics make for a great musical experience.
