Celebrate the sounds of a perfect summer in Castle Rock when Nancy Wilson’s Heart with Kimberly Nichole takes the stage at The Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park Friday, July 22. Tickets are on sale now.

Nancy Wilson is celebrated as one of the most seminal musicians in the history of rock ‘n’ roll. Having sold more than 35 million records, Nancy (and her sister Ann) lead the multi-platinum rock group Heart. In 2012, Nancy’s icon status was cemented when Heart was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The band is known for chart-topping hits like “Barracuda,” “Magic Man,” “Crazy on You” and “Straight On.” 

Kimberly Nichole’s career catapulted when she became a finalist and breakout star on season 8 of The Voice. Her show stopping performances received standing ovations from the coaches every week and landed her on the Billboard Hot 100.

Gates open at 6 p.m. Cari Dell will open the show at 7 p.m. Nancy Wilson’s Heart with Kimberly Nichole will take the stage around 8:30 p.m. Bring a low-profile chair or blanket for general lawn and orchestra seating. Food trucks and a full cocktail bar will be available.

Cari Dell fronts her three-piece band with crystal-clear vocals and mind-blowing guitar work. She is known for her energetic live performances and guitar showmanship compared to such greats as Carlos Santana, Eric Johnson and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

The Summer Concert Series is part of the Town’s goal to keep our community character alive with community festivals, concerts and activities. The concert series brings Grammy-nominated, world famous acts to Castle Rock on select weekends June through August. Nestled in the beautiful setting of Philip S. Miller Park, The Amphitheater has become one of Colorado’s most-sought-after live music venues. The intimate setting, family friendly environment and amazing acoustics make for a great musical experience.
