Explore Castle Rock’s beautiful trails, participate in an epic event and learn to liveBIG, while supporting a great cause at the Castle Rock Trail Festival on Saturday, Oct. 7, at Philip S. Miller Park.
This athletic event has something for everyone — from ultra-distance runners to families with children ages 5 to 12. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the trails at Philip S. Miller Park and Ridgeline Open Space. Or, make memories with the entire family winding through a variety of kid-friendly obstacles at the liveBIG Family Adventure Run.
The Castle Rock Trail Festival courses include:
- 50K (approximately 31.06 miles)
Race starts at 7:30 a.m.; finish line closes at 3:30 p.m. - Half Marathon (approximately 13.1 miles)
Race starts at 8:30 a.m. - 10K (approximately 6.2 miles)
Race starts at 9 a.m. - 5K (approximately 3.1 miles)
Race starts at 9:30 a.m. - Family Adventure Run (approximately 1.2 miles with family-friendly obstacles)
Race starts at 10:30 a.m.
Race fees include a T-shirt, custom finisher medal, professional chip timing, free photo download following the event and post-race refreshments. More information and registration are available at CRgov.com/TrailFest.
