Virtual Neighborhood Meeting: Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, 6 p.m..
You are cordially invited to our second neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed project in your area for façade improvements to the Victorian Retail Center, located at 611 N. Wilcox St. The project seeks to remove all Victorian trim pieces, clock, and signage and replace the façade with new wood accents, paint, columns, wall signage, roof, and lighting. This is the second neighborhood meeting for the proposed project and will take place virtually via a Zoom webinar at 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022. The project site is 0.641 acres (27,922 square feet) in size and is located at the northwest corner of N. Wilcox and Sixth Streets.
The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to share the proposed project, gather and understand feedback, and answer any questions you may have. Within this notice, you will find a vicinity map and plans for the proposal.
The project includes painting the building white with black accents, changing the column and railing style, adding new wall signage to replace the existing roof signs, replacing the roof, adding cedar planks over the peaks and turret, and replacing the lighting with black goose neck lights with cages. Please see the Neighborhood Meeting Instructions below for how you can participate in the neighborhood meeting. • Questions will be held until the end of the initial presentation by the project team

• The project team will work down the list of questions and raised hands in order and activate the user’s audio one at a time to allow them to speak
