Virtual Neighborhood Meeting: Monday, Nov. 28, 2022, 5:00 p.m.
Dear Neighbor,
You are cordially invited to our first neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed addition to a single family residence at 7 N. Lewis St. in the Craig and Gould neighborhood. The lot is located at the north west corner of South St. and Lewis St. This is the first neighborhood meeting for the proposed project. The meeting will be held virtually via Webex at 5 PM Monday, November 28. The project’s architecture will be reviewed by the Historic Preservation Board in a public hearing to be scheduled in the future.
The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to share the proposed project, gather and understand feedback, and answer any questions you may have. Within this notice, you will find a vicinity map, site plan, and building elevations for the proposal.
Project Information
The lot is 0.321 acres (13,983 sq. ft.) in size and is located on the north west corner of South St. and Lewis St. Proposed will be a small addition to the 1895 structure along with the removal of an existing previous addition and garage, a new addition is proposed in their place.
