You are invited to attend a Planning Commission meeting to discuss a proposed Site Development Plan. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the Planning Commission to review and make a recommendation on the application.

Project Description
The Avilla at Founders Village project is located at the northwest corner of Mikelson Blvd. and Mitchell Street consisting of a total of 9.3 acres of land. A total of 105 for-rent, single-family detached and attached (duplex) units are proposed. The project will feature homes fronting on common open spaces, sidewalk connections throughout the site, surface and enclosed parking spaces, landscaping, and on-site recreational and leisure amenities.

The agenda for the March 23, 2023 Planning Commission public hearing will be posted no later than close of business March 16, 2023. When it is time for this item to be heard at the public hearing, staff will give a presentation on the proposed project. The applicant also has the option to give a presentation on the proposed project.
